Price : €14.50
Ingredients
- Gin — Born in the Netherlands as genever and adopted by England in the 18th century: a grain spirit redistilled with juniper, coriander, citrus and angelica. Piney, floral and citrus notes that bridge the bitter and the sweet.
- Lemon juice — Freshly squeezed at the bar. Brought to the Mediterranean along Arab trade routes, the lemon is one of the Riviera's prides, from Menton to the hills of Grasse. Freshness, tension and a lively mouthfeel.
- Violet syrup — The violet is the emblem of Toulouse. The Aviation was born in New York around 1916 and owes its colour to the flower. A lilac, twilight-sky hue and powdery floral notes.
