Ingredients
- Vodka — A spirit distilled from grain or potatoes, made between Poland and Russia since the Middle Ages. Strength, without masking the other flavours.
- Triple Sec — A liqueur of sweet and bitter orange peels, born in France in the 19th century. A bright orange note bridging spirit and citrus.
- Cranberry juice — The cranberry, a small red berry from the bogs of North America. The Cosmo's iconic pink and a tangy red-berry note.
- Lemon juice — Freshly squeezed at the bar. Brought to the Mediterranean along Arab trade routes, the lemon is one of the Riviera's prides, from Menton to the hills of Grasse. Freshness, tension and a lively mouthfeel.
- Vanilla syrup — Infused with vanilla pods, from an orchid native to Mexico and now mostly grown in Madagascar. Creamy roundness and warmth that soften the acidity.
