- Lime wedges — Native to Southeast Asia, the lime is the king of Caribbean citrus. Bright acidity and a far more intense zesty aroma than juice alone.
- Elderflower liqueur — A liqueur of elderflowers, picked in spring. Notes of lychee, pear and honey.
- Prosecco — A sparkling wine from Veneto and Friuli, made from the glera grape and fermented in tank. Freshness, notes of pear and green apple, and fine bubbles.
