- Triple Sec — A liqueur of sweet and bitter orange peels, born in France in the 19th century. A bright orange note bridging spirit and citrus.
- Lemon juice — Freshly squeezed at the bar. Brought to the Mediterranean along Arab trade routes, the lemon is one of the Riviera's prides, from Menton to the hills of Grasse. Freshness, tension and a lively mouthfeel.
- Agave syrup — The nectar of the agave, the very plant behind tequila and mezcal. A honeyed sweetness that naturally extends the agave notes.
