• Tequila — Distilled from the heart of the blue Weber agave in the Mexican state of Jalisco, under a protected designation of origin. Vegetal, peppery and slightly saline notes.
• Lemon juice — Freshly squeezed at the bar. Brought to the Mediterranean along Arab trade routes, the lemon is one of the Riviera's prides, from Menton to the hills of Grasse. Freshness, tension and a lively mouthfeel.
• Ginger beer — A fermented ginger drink born in 18th-century England. The Moscow Mule made it famous in Los Angeles in 1941. Ginger heat, bubbles and plenty of freshness.
