Ingredients
- Mezcal — Tequila's cousin: agave hearts roasted in earthen pits, mostly in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. Natural smokiness with earthy, fruity notes.
- Campari — Created in 1860 in Novara by Gaspare Campari, later produced in Milan. Its blend of herbs, barks and citrus remains a closely guarded secret. A deep red, bitter-orange bite and a long finish that wakes up the appetite.
- Martini Rosso — A red vermouth born in Turin in 1863: Italian wine infused with herbs and spices, softened with caramel. Vinous sweetness with hints of vanilla, spice and red fruit.
